Pracovní náplň
- Provide support to the HR and Accounting departments, including managing onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, attendance tracking, payroll preparation, and related tasks
- Lead recruitment processes, candidate selection, and maintain relevant documentation and records.
- Manage HR needs of current employees and address their concerns
- Actively participate in recruitment activities and talent acquisition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the HR department is aligned with the company's needs
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports
Co požadujeme?
- High school or university degree, ideally in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company is required.
- Very good command of English for daily communication.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll processes
- Driver’s license (category B)
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in using HR software and systems
- Willingness to commute to Vyškov
